More B12! 2 servings of Leafy greens & super greens per day!

My doc says I need more in my diet! So I’m adding one salad (1 cup leafy greens) & 1/2 cup cooked super greens (spinach, kale, etc or broccoli & related) per day (lunch & dinner are easy-peasy!).
