Anyone know of a good resource or have a favorite visual on serving sizes or ounces so I don't have to try to measure and weigh everything I eat?

Really digging my cross training classes that are helping me rebuild strength.. but 89 degrees weather and a rabbit popping out to race me on the trails is definitely my happy place...he won btw... Anyone wanna share theirs?
My Garmin is linked in and keeps track of my steps..but am I supposed to add in my HIIT fit and hip hop classes..I don't want to double count something and not get accurate reads..
Any advice on when and what to eat, pre HIIT work out so I'm not starving pre/post work out but not hurling mid burpee?
