4 day Noob

What up yo!.or is it yos'?.. just trying to have some accountability for what I stuff my face with vs how much I actually "move"...boy, talk about being slapped in the face with reality...and aside from struggling to break my Hobbit style 2nd breakfast , 3rd lunch eating habits... I m kinda digging it....kinda...down 2 lbs so far..

    Nice job ! Love the Hobbit reference....so true! I'm trying intermittent fasting and have almost eaten 3 times a few hrs in out of habit.

    I hear that! I'm used to munching all day, it was a pretty big slap in the face how much I was eating.

    But it's worth it to have that info. It makes a huge difference.
