I'm 2 weeks into my latest weight loss adventure and as usual my emotions are starting to cause me to want to give up but I can't. I know what I want out of this and I refuse to give up but I'm not sure how to push past it right now.

So when your work day is this How the heck do you still get the energy to do a workout?
The week before and the week of that the of the month I'm ravenous! Like even when I bulk eat veggies and things that are low cal but filling I am still hungry! All. The. Time. HELP!
Should you eat back the colories you burn from working out?
I doubt this but have been questioned by a friend on here I now am seeking advice on this matter... I have a very active job like I don't stop moving until I take a break or I go home. Well some days I struggle to eat the calories I'm supposed to eat to just sustain regular activity and said friend is asking if I'm eating…
