Can some one please tell me if during your eating window can you eat 1200 calories recommended by MFP? I am planning to start 16:8 . What time should I exercise?
I am not sure between choosing not very active versus lightly active. I have a desk job so during the week , I sit Atleast for 6 hours and minimum 20 mins of workout + house chores in the evening. Any thoughts?
I am confused. I usually eat my goal calories but fat and carbs go 10 gm above most of the days. Many Instagram posts says it does not matter as long as your are on calorie deficit. I am 35, 5 feet 4 inches and currently weighs 145lbs. Goal is 120
So my goal is to eat 1250 but I ended up eating 2300 yesterday. Dinner was 1100 since I went to my friend's house for the get-together. I do feel bad but not sure if I should eat less the next day to compromise the overeating or just eat normally. Eating these many extra calories will affect my weekly average too :( .…
I am 5 feet 4 inches, 35 year old and weigh 144 lbs. my goal is 130lbs and I am following 1250 calories per day. Just want to make sure if I am eating enough or it’s too less and hence unhealthy.
I lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks last month but this month couldn’t loose any. Following the same diet and exercise. Any insights? Does body get used to and not loosing any more ?
