Does anyone know If my Vitamin A shows 900% in mfp, how many mcg it is? I take centrum multivitamins also which provides Vitamin A 1,050 mcg (29% as Beta-Carotene) 117%. Can anyone help here please. I recently started taking supplements and mfp ones comes from vegetables.

Can some one please tell me if during your eating window can you eat 1200 calories recommended by MFP? I am planning to start 16:8 . What time should I exercise?

Thanks for the insight. I do work from home and my office is upstairs so I do come up and down..in the evening I cook food and almost walking behind my 2 and 5 year old . I lost more weight when my goal was 1200 Cals but then I setup lightly active and it made my Cals goal around 1450 and I was eating 1350 ... so needed up…

Same story here . I am at 145lbs and it’s always fluctuating but not going to be less than 145. I don’t use food scale. Let me know if you do any changes and see the results. Thanks

Need help in setting the activity level. So I work from home and have a desk job but I do not sit more than 6 hours. So when I adjust MFP for .5/ week with lightly active style, I get 1650 calories to eat. This number seems big....any thoughts? So far I customized MFP and went or 1350 from 1200
