Stopped losing weight

I lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks last month but this month couldn’t loose any. Following the same diet and exercise. Any insights? Does body get used to and not loosing any more ?

Weight fluctuations are a normal part of not being a robot, since the scale isn't just weighing fat but also water, poop, undigested food, glycogen, etc.

No. However as you lose weight your TDEE (daily calorie burn) will naturally decrease. That being said, 4 lbs isn't going to drastically alter your TDEE. Read the stickies and other posts; there's plenty of helpful information here!

I am not sure about your work out routine but maybe you can try more high intensity workouts. I had to up my game when I started noticing weight wasn't coming off like it used to and I wasn't getting as a good of a workout. Also, my menstrual cycle effects my weight gain significantly. I can go a whole week and not lose anything. I usually gain weight. There are many factors that could be the cause. Try not to get discouraged. It happens to everybody.2

Thanks so much. Yes menstrual effects me too. I do weights 3 times per week and other days Zumba and body exercise0

If you haven't been losing weight in a month, try tightening up your logging. Are you weighing everything you eat? You may be eating more than you think. What you eat is more important than the exercise you do.0
