Harder to exercise!
I am in my third trimester and it is getting alot harder to do things now. I'm still trying to walk every week and I go to some weight classes at the gym too. What has everyone else done later in pregnancy to stay active?

Too much protein
I seem to always be over on my protein. Is this bad? Anyone else have that happen? Protein is up but then calories seem low. What's the best way to increase calories w/o adding sugar and protein?

Any overweight moms trying to keep weight in check
I'm starting this pregnancy a little overweight and my Dr told me to gain about 15 pounds. Anyone else in the same situation? Any tips or struggles with it? I've done OK so far but I'm worried as I get farther along that the weight is going to pile on. I would love to hear from others in the same situation! :)

Morning sickness and exercising
Has anyone else experienced bad morning (all day!) sickness. What helped? This is the first time I've been this active during my pregnancy and I want to make sure I have enough energy to workout and give baby and myself the necessary nutrients.
