Day 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today will be day 6 without binge eating. I am excited because I've always made it 5 days or crapped out on the 5th day. But today is day 6, a lifelong record for healthy eating. I am so freaking proud of myself.

Getting comfortable losing weight
How does everyone get comfortable losing weight? I have my current goal weigh which is in 7 pounds. Beyond that how do I get comfortable with the idea of losing weight? I’ve been making the goal to lose 10 pounds, then 10 pounds.

Abstinence
Hello All, Is it possible to abstain from unhealthy food? Unlike any other addiction like drugs or alcohol, I can't abstain from eating. Is it realistic to say I will abstain from icecream or am I setting myself up for failure? Thoughts and what works for you is appricated.
