The Game Changers
Anyone else who has seen the documentary "The Game Changers?" If so, what are your thoughts on it? I personally found it quite interesting and the plant-based diet may give a better protein intake (if what they've presented accurate) but I don't think we should blame meat or see it as an enemy. What do you think?

What does your daily meal prep looks like? Do you have a specific food/meal that you eat before working out?

"Healthy" Unhealthy Foods/Snacks
I was wondering, what are some foods/snacks that you know about that are labeled as healthy but, in fact, are not good for you? For example rice cakes are known as a "weight loss snack" because they are low in calories but they don't provide any nutrients at all and you basically eat on nothing. Same for the 0% fat yogurt,…

Show You The Whey
(Sorry for the bad and unfunny pun) What are some good recommendations for whey (or vegetal) protein? Until now I've been sticking with the classics (100% Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition) and I was wondering what other good brands do you guys know and what protein do you take pre/post workout. Also, what is your…

How Does Fasting Work?
Let's say you exceed your calories by 900 cals one day, and the next day you fast really hard in order to cover them and still have "spare" calories to fill (about 500). If you overeat again the next day (by 200 cals over your calories limit) will you have to fast again or by burning off that much calories the previous day…

No refined sugars life
Can't be the only one here who has replaced white, refined sugar with sweeteners, but how healthy are they? They're supposed to have "zero calories" (or too little to be significant), but does this make them ok to consume on a daily basis? I've been living this way for a year now and the only visible downside until now is…

Macronutrients
How bad is it to exceed your macros? I always exceed my carbs and sugar intake by +50 grams but not my caloric intake. Will exceeding macronutrients have any negative effects on the diet if you stay within your caloric range?

Too Much Of A Healthy Thing
What is/are the healthy snack/s you've gone overboard with and can't get enough of? (I've overeaten on apples with greek yogurt before, amazing combination)

Step Trackers
I bet we all have a step tracker app downloaded or even added here in MyFitnessPal, but how accurate are they? Can they really measure and approximate how many calories you've burned and how many km you've walked/ran? If so, what is the best step tracker app?

Homemade Fruit Preserve
I've been wondering, how do you count calories for homemade fruit preserve/jam? Let's say you heat up blueberries in a pot (yes, you only heat them up, without any water or other liquids, just their natural juices) and you add sweeteners (Stevia) and a small packet of unflavoured gelatin for some texture. Will 1 cup of…

Fruits and fructose
I've been wondering, how much fruit is too much? They are low in calories and very nutritious too, but can you go overboard with them? My daily calorie intake is 1800 and for the past 3 days I overate on fruits and exceeded my daily calorie intake by 100-450 calories (and sugar and carb intake by +150 grams), will this…
