Do you count and link your Fitbit calories to mfp? Im on 1200 calories a day - Sometimes my Fitbit will say I’ve burned 300 cals from A walk or run ? Do people link these calories to their day and still loose weight ?

When looking at your weekly average calories what is the main thing to look at ? Net calories or daily ?

So I look at my calories over a weekly basis ... My weekly net is saying 1700 - does that mean I’m having on average around 1700 calories daily ? My goal Is 1200 daily . So my net week would be over - , it’s it 3500 over maintenance to gain a lb ?

Do you log your exercise calories ? I don’t mean eat them back -I mean log them !
Hi do Tuesday I was way over calories So I wondered if I went over my calories on Tuesday for say up to 1000 calories- could I then log my exercise on my other days to counteract that day I went over ? Hope this makes sense x

15,000 steps
I’m trying to aim for 15000 steps a day . The calorie burn for this each day can be up to 600 calories ! I’ve been adding it to my calories each day . Is this wrong ?

4ft 11 .. 1200 calories a day
So I’m 4ft 11 and for years have tried to stick to 1200 calories . I’m 8st 11 ... would love to be 8st . I always end up binge eating . What do you think to increasing my calories to 1500 ? Will this help me stop binge eating and loose weight ?
