That's a lot of steak. You sure you ate 500g?

Typical serving for a fillet is 180g.

500 g = 17.6 oz, which is a larger serving than what my boyfriend, who is 6'6" (201 cm) eats. Are you sure you had 500 g?

I only eat 100 g of steak per serving, plus something like 100 g broccoli, 113 g potato, and butter.

When I have steak from a restaurant I get about three meals out of one entree.

Maybe it was 5.00 on the ounce setting of your scale? Can you tell us around what size it was, like the size of a deck of cards, the size of your palm, the size of a large smart phone, etc?

Ya, 5.00 oz makes more sense than 500 g.

OP - how much of your plate did the steak take up?
