Making logging foods easier
Logging my foods is a really important part of my weight loss plan. I log in everything - including my water, exercise. How can I simplify this process? For example- logging in a salad has so many items. Greens, tomato, avocado, cucumber etc etc. Any suggestions? What do others do?
