It's Going

I am on day three! The changes I made - making sure I have breakfast and planning my meals has really helped. As long as I stay within my calorie range, I can eat anything- which gives me a lot of flexibility. The bulk of my eating is healthy salads, veggies and fruit but I've added some good protein- eggs, fish, meat - and still have room left in my day for a treat with a cup of coffee to cap off my day. I feel satisfied and I'm trying to build habit and longevity. I have lost 3 lbs - phantom weight I know- but it's good to see the scale going in that direction. Today is my first time eating out and I already planned my lunch, checking the restaurant menu for a good choice. I know I'm definitely on the right road- I just need to go forward without distractions- I'm not strong enough yet to handle distraction.
