Jan 11th start date
I'll start posting what has worked for me. Does not include any pills or intense gym schedules. I like a full plate - I want to be full not hungry 30 mins after eating. I also want to be healthy. All of these recipes are real food, great for women over 30 so I am looking forward to meeting many of you. Lets do this…
