First time on elliptical machine
Holy cow that thing hurts. I do starting to do cardio 4 days a week. This morning I tried out the elliptical and I could barley do 4 minutes. This thing is a wild work out. Looking forward to using this more. Obviously it is using way different muscles than a treadmill because it was so hard.

Is there a way to import the video recipes to my recipes? I cannot find the text recipe on my app. I am having to type it in manually on these. Can anyone help me with my macro break down? I am 5’11” 253lbs. Goal of 225lbs. Work out 3 days a week. Eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks (mid morning & mid afternoon). I am looking online for help but it is all over the board. My goal is to lose weight while building muscle.

Starting to get back into shape
Hi all, I just signed up for a hockey league and I realized how out of shape I am. I am 31 5’11” and about 250 lbs. I have time to hit the gym about 3 days a week.
