Starting to get back into shape

Hi all,
I just signed up for a hockey league and I realized how out of shape I am. I am 31 5’11” and about 250 lbs. I have time to hit the gym about 3 days a week. The other days I’ll hit the home treadmill. My question is is this a solid workout program to get started with? I appreciate any and all helpful advice.

I guess it depends on your equipment as well as goals. I didn't see squats and deadlifts. I would recommend doing those over other leg work if you have access to squat rack and platform.0
