So I have a problem when I log my exercise, a huge amount of calories are burned so now I need to re-consume the calories burnt. From what I've read I need to consume the remaining calories to achieve my goal. Is that right? or can I just leave my remaining calories alone? Is it bad for me if I don't consume the remaining calories? will it have a negative impact if I continually have a few remaining calories like 200-500 or occasionally 1000+/-?
