I binged again, around 4000 calories. I don’t know what to do.
5 foot 10, 155 pound male and in my early 20s, I’m very active, and normally eat around 2500 to 3000 calories. Yesterday I ate 3200 calories and today I’m probably upwards of 4 thousand calories.
