Hi everyone. Was doing great in the spring but moved in July and it has taken me back a few months but I'm back. Could use daily motivation add me and I'll add you back. I like doing early morning runs and try to eat healthy. Would like to lose 20lbs over the next 6 months.

COVID-19 Impact
What impact is COVID-19 having on your daily routine? My gym closed and I'm having to find new ways to work out, running usually. Grocery shopping, forget it. Teleworking and social distancing is killing my motivation. But I'm here trying to stay focused.

Switching from coffee to tea
I'm switching from coffee to tea as my morning beverage, aside from water. My 7 year old has learned coffee has caffeine and can be addictive. While I love coffee, I'm trying to switch to tea. Birthday week
Needing lots of motivation this week. I'm turning 49 on Saturday and while I scheduled myself to run in a 4 miler Saturday morning, I'm expecting lots celebratory activities where my diet can easily be thrown off track. Need to find more activity versus culinary based celebrations. Reply with ideas or encouragement.
