Hi All, Late thirties and currently 216 pounds, BMI 31.6. As you can see I'm carrying quite a bit of excess fat so I'd love to get down below 190 pounds by next summer, maybe to 200 pounds by the end of the year. I'm afraid the no-tracking approach doesn't appear to work for me so trying again. One day at a time!
Hi All, Sharing my progress to keep accountable, 97.8kg (216 pounds) this morning, BMI 31.6 at 5 Ft 9 / 176cm Hoping to get to below 90kg by the end of the year, and 85kg by next summer.
