Hi everyone! I’ve lost 25 pounds since 11/21 on my journey to lose 120lbs. I’ve hit a plateau lately, which is my fault. I haven’t been logging my food as regularly, or exercising as regularly. Do you have any tips or tricks you use to get yourself motivated again?
Hello everyone! My name is Lisa, and I’ve been doing IF for two weeks. It’s going pretty well, but I’m sorely lacking in exercise! I normally swim, but my health club is closed and I need help and motivation to start walking! I’m looking for support! Thanks in advance!!
I’m back after a few years and ready to get healthy! I’d love some buddies for encouragement and to encourage! My favorite excercise is lap swimming and water aerobics, since I can’t do that I need help getting started walking now. Suggestions?
