Feel depressed if I don’t eat late at night
I’m the worst for snacking late at night- always sugary food. Right now I’ve been eating breakfast, dinner (both healthy), then a sugary snack after dinner. Is this bad? Women, your weight for a UK size 8?
I am 5’6 and about 9 stone 3 pounds, a definite UK size 8 in everything. I was 10 stone before (heaviest I’ve ever been) but still a size 8, very occasionally a 10. My goal is to be around 8.7 stone.
