my workout for a ‘meh’ day.
i’m a dancer at the nyc ballet, so being in shape has always been so important. here’s some workouts I do on a lazy/tired day just because. it takes about 20 minutes (with stretching) ALWAYS STRETCH!!!! that is so important. at least just touch your toes or something. crunches- 40, then 10 on each side sit ups- 40-60…
