my workout for a ‘meh’ day.

i’m a dancer at the nyc ballet, so being in shape has always been so important. here’s some workouts I do on a lazy/tired day just because.
it takes about 20 minutes (with stretching) ALWAYS STRETCH!!!! that is so important. at least just touch your toes or something.
crunches- 40, then 10 on each side
sit ups- 40-60
russian twists- 30 (alternating sides)
bicycle crunches- 20
plank- I hold for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes, just depends
plank leg lifts- 20, alternating.10 on each side
squats- about 20
lunges- ranges from 10-40. depends on my knees.
jumping squats- 20
then, I finish it off with some jumping jacks just because. Then if i’m feeling motivated I run, which I run for about 5 miles. but I was in track/cross country since I was 8.
REMEMBER, if you follow this. push yourself!! you can do it. if my lazy a** can do it, you can to.
