Preventing Night-Time Hamstring Cramps
What are the best exercises and/or stretches for preventing those painful middle of the night hamstring cramps? Might dehydration be a contributing factor?

Lake Smelts
Ugh! Instead of full-sized smelts, (which I love) I accidentally bought lake smelts - which, I'm pretty sure is French for bait minnow. Anyway, the wee fishies are too small to oven bake. Unless I can come up another way to cook them, they will probably become cat food. Ideas?

A Cup of Rice
Tonight, I made stir-fry pork and veg over white long grain rice. Tomorrow? My usual next-day go-to is fried curried rice with egg - but maybe it's time for new ideas - including breakfast! What are your fave healthy recipes using leftover rice?

Ever Doubt a Restaurant Calorie Count?
Just finished a delicious dinner of chain restaurant chili. According to the restaurant web site, an entire pint of chili made with ground beef and red kidney beans is 250 - 125 calories per cup. If so, what is your work-out? Duration and frequency? Do you change it up or stick with one routine? Do you do other exercise as well?
