Lake Smelts

Ugh! Instead of full-sized smelts, (which I love) I accidentally bought lake smelts - which, I'm pretty sure is French for bait minnow. Anyway, the wee fishies are too small to oven bake. Unless I can come up another way to cook them, they will probably become cat food.

Ideas?
