Hi all, I’ve been practicing IF for the last 5 1/2 months. I’ve lost 60 pounds and 55”. I love this lifestyle! What have you all experienced? My longest fast has been 91 hours.

My OMAD choice of the day was edamame pasta. Not fricken bad and took care of my pasta craving! Have you tried it?
