Hello, I'm curious to know what my measurements will be if I'm skinny 8% bodyfat. I know that my goal body is 8% bodyfat weighing 189 pounds being 6 "2 height 34 inch waist and 18.5 inch neck which is very muscular. What will be that if I was anorexic/skinny instead of muscular?

What happens if I go over fat macro?
