Always lose it at 200
Looking for a little motivation today. I’ve been 200-220 for the past 5 years now. Every time I “diet” I can lose the first 20 pounds or so. It’s a little struggle but it can be done. But AS SOON as I hit 199-198 I just lose it and gain everything back. It’s a mental block. I also think I’m over restricting when I diet…
