Anyone with an under active thyroid on here with tips for improving fitness at 46 and getting ripped!! Lol. Seriously though I’ve blown up to 113kg in a year from 90. Any advice with improving energy levels welcome. Thanks. Daryl.
I used to lift a lot, injured myself, stopped lifting, continued to eat like a beast, got fat, started drinking, got fatter, thyroid stopped working, got fatter, came here to get fit!
