Best of luck to you in your journey. What is your plan of attack?

Under the blog area there is a whole section dedicated to recipes and nutrition that you might find interesting. as well as a board of recipes on the message boards here, I've found a few there to try.

Let us know if you need more help or advice!!

Not what you asked (sorry, I'm a rude li'l ol lady this way), but speaking as a fellow hypothyroid person, there's also a very informative post on MFP for that group:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10767046/hypothyroidism-and-weight-management

It was written by an MFP-er who's a scientist in the field, is hypothyroid himself, and lost weight by calorie-counting. There's so much nonsense about thyroid in the blogosphere (and even in some threads here), that it's nice IMO to have some solid evidence-based info.

Wishing you much success with MFP!
