Friends? I'm 27, 5ft4, 254lb
Since the pandemic I have become more and more aware that been unhealthy and obese isn't the way to go. I decided to use 2021 to cut the bad habits, lose weight, gain some fitness and generally get healthy.. So far I have cut out coca cola and caffeine. Any one want to be friends and do this together?

Cut coca cola and caffiene
For years I drank an average of 6 cans of cherry coca cola a day. Full sugar. 149 calories a can. So that's 894 calories a day I cut out overnight. Kinda expected to lose weight this month just because of that. The only thing I've drank is flavoured water at 16cal a bottle and plain old tap water. I know it's calories in…
