Can you drink your calories high? Fruit juice has a lot, smoothie often do, milk shakes, weight gaining shakes might be your friend?

Hey thanks for you're input! We do walk quite a lot but because it's at the speed of a 3 year old (my youngest son) I can't see it doing much 😂 we do need to take advantage of our exercise outside daily though!

I plan to walk and bike. Bit difficult right now as the UK is in lockdown and I am shielding. But I do plan to try harder to move more around the house

Thanks everyone! I think you're all right and I've replaced coca cola with more food. Found myself today just piling the mashed potatoes on like there was no tomorrow. So even though I'm not drinking calories, or snacking a lot, I've probably increased the calories in meals A LOT. My aim was to cut coca cola and caffiene…
