I used to weigh weekly but find it so much better now weighing the last Saturday of every month. I just wondered what everyone’s preference was 😃

Dental advice
I had a tooth removed Thursday I was told no heavy lifting bending so on for a few days. My fella wants me to wait till Monday until I start with my weights till Monday to be sure what’s everyone’s views?

I’m curious how does everyone manage stress. I got more than enough going on at the moment but my life is and has always been really high stress I won’t bore you with the details I think I manage with it ok in fact if I have a quiet day I think I worry more so how does everyone cope maybe sharing tips can help each other

This week I was gutted to see I had gained my main weigh in is monthly but because of how good I had been and adding the weights I had a look but wish I hadn’t but I’m still sticking to it but it’s so disheartening

Time to step it up
