Hey everyone so I’m 42 and weigh 123lbs I’m 5’6 and I am very active. I really want hard definition on my abdominal area. I am having such a hard time with it! I work out so much and I am toned all over but this stomach is sooooo hard to conquer!! Please any advise?? Thank you in advance.
