Ok so how do i calculate food?
Hey, so after looking it up, my daily calorie intake is 2,694. Now i am watching a video that shows a guy that is close to my nutrition plan. His is 2,600 calories. How do i get exact to MY needs? Do i eat one less item on the food? Do I skip a meal? Let me know thank you!

How important is it to change your diet if you are working to build muscle and also can you gain muscle just from doing push ups and diamond pushups

Ok so i am trying to gain muscle & i dont have weights i do diamond push ups and push ups everyday except for sunday. I also want prominent abs. My abs arent as visible as i want them to be. My diet isnt good but I hear that changing your diet is whats most important, is this true?
