I forget to introduce myself when I started using this website. I am 34 years old and I like reading, writing short stories & haiku, enjoying the great outdoors, working out, and meditation.

Went without drinking soda for a month from 1/7/23 to 2/7/23
I completed the "no soda challenge" for a month and will learn a lot about myself including how to control myself around soda and create a mantra to use whenever I lost control.

Went without eating sweets for a month (12/6/22-1/6/23)
It has been 4 weeks and 30 days since I without eating any sweets at all. tomorrow will be officially one month and the last of the challenge. I started this challenge on 12/6/22 with a weight of 167 lbs and a waist and hip measurement of 35 inches by 35 1/2 inches (0.99). Today on day 30, My weight is 164 lbs (-3 lbs).…

Completed the two weeks "no sweets challenge" from 9/25/22 to 10/9/22
I completed the challenge yesterday and feel great. My skin is clearer, get more energy without any sweets at all, and think more clearer now.

Now that I completed the 11days no soda challenge yesterday, I will start the 2-week no sweets challenge from 10/25/22 to 10/9/22.

I make an error in doing this challenge from 1/7/22 to 1/22/22. Instead, The two-week challenge is from 1/7/22 to 1/21/22.
