Quick question, lately I've been pushing myself to work out at least an hour a day....today my body put up a fight that I don't know how to deal with which makes me ask, how much exercise is too much? Do you think I should go 3 days rest a day, every other day, or what has been good for you through your fitness journey?
So currently I am eating only fruit for 3 days, any longer I feel is too much, but I just want to know if anyone else has done it, what were your results, did the weight stay off, how did you fight your cravings? Thanks in advance!
Hey everyone, I'm new to this website and new to getting back in shape. Last summer I lost 40 lbs going from 210 down to 170, but once I returned from college back to my home, all of my weight came back with me. Now I'm at 189 and I really need a support system form anyone willing to help!
