So I just finished my first 100oz of water for this morning. (I work outside) does anyone else feel like it's getting easier to drink more water the more you do it? Or is it just me?
I wanna know if anyone has any experience using some of Neila rey or Darabee as their exercise platforms. I am currently using one of Neila reys full body workouts and I wanted to know if I can expect a decent transformation or try adding in some extra workouts to increase my chances for a drastic change.
