I want to start fresh as of today so is there a way to delete all previous data for a fresh start?
I have started by deleting all of my previous meals so I can start fresh on Monday, January 9, 2023. The only way I could do it is by deleting two months by manually deleting meals each day. Is there an easier way?
I have been on this program almost a month and have lost only three pounds. I have listed all my foods & exercise and have stayed within the limits for my height and weight. Do not understand why I am not losing more?
