From 404lbs to 189lbs …I have over 200 pounds to lose.
I’m doing the Keto diet with orlistat supplements and walking to the gym daily as well as stationary bike riding. It’s exhausting but I am determined to lose as much of my goal weight as I can.

Losing Weight
I was 404 lbs a couple of days before the new year and now it’s the 2nd and I’m 396 lbs which encouraging but I’ve definitely got to do physical activity and not just rely on Keto.
