Losing Weight

I was 404 lbs a couple of days before the new year and now it’s the 2nd and I’m 396 lbs which encouraging but I’ve definitely got to do physical activity and not just rely on Keto.

    Awesome loss! Just ease into it and maybe start with walking and go from there.

    Congrats on your weight loss! I've done keto about 2 years ago and lost 30 pounds in just under a month. I didn't incorporate any workouts but this time around I will not be on strict keto, but i will try low carb or just eating healthier and consuming my carbs from veggies instead. I started walking 3 miles daily or jogging 1 mile. I workout about 4 days a week and have since lost 17 pounds in a month.
