Generally, been struggling to stay consistent with my weight loss goals for the past year or so, sitting at a clean 205lb trying to drop to 175lb. I've gotten the point where I've actually awknowleged where most of my excess calories are coming from, and just 'not logging' anything that makes me go over out of guilt isn't helping anything. I've cut back on a lot of things that were high-calorie improptu snacks, too! I feel like I'm on a good track.
