Burned/Consumed Goals?
I'm just curious, but what are your settings for your burned and consumed calories? My burned is 3225 and consume is 2475. Has anyone considered replacing their BML with something else? I think I would rather have something a little more discrete. Bruising after workouts?
Has anyone notice they bruise much easier right after a work out? I've bumped into things at the gym, and noticed I get big, dark bruises as a result. Does anyone else seem to have this problem?

Calories left at the end of the day?
If you have calories left at the end of the day (or have consumed less than 1200 calories) do you eat something else to get to either the 1200 calories or what ever your goal for your day is? I've run into this a couple of times...(sorry if this is a frequent question, but the search function wasn't working).

Long term sassy water intake?
I am pretty new, but I searched the forum topics and didn't see anything about someone drinking Sassy water longer than 4 days. I'm not doing the flat belly diet, and I'm not using this as a diet aid, just something to make my water taste better. I don't really see anything harmful in the ingredients. Any thoughts?
