Cholesterol?

I wear a Bodymedia Link, and it has been giving me little notices in my activity manager that I am going over on my Cholesterol. I don't have any medical issues that would require me to limit my Cholesterol, but I'm wondering if there are other reasons to limit Cholesterol that I may not be aware of? I've never paid Cholesterol any attention before, and I really don't monitor how much I consume...

Because as I tell my fiance constantly, the fact that you don't have a problem now, doesn't mean you should constantly go over and think you're okay. Eventually, you WILL have a problem. Now, if it's not intentional and you're only going over by a bit, don't worry about it! Just watch it a little more. Make sure you're taking in things with higher HDLs than LDLs. High density = good, Low density = bad! There are some foods that can boost HDLs and lower LDLs, such as grains, fruit, veggies, especially broccoli and peppers, garlic, onions, leeks...you can just do a quick Google search to find out. You can also talk to your doctor about seeing where your cholesterol is at now, but make sure he breaks it down into where your HDL is, where you LDL is, and what your triglycerides are at.0
