I’m doing very well planning healthy meals and I’m making great choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But I’m always snacking! I’m not sure if this will pass or what. I’m trying to get lots of protein but still always craving some snackers!

I can’t seem to figure out how to write in the about me section of my profile. I clicked on settings, them profile, but there was no option for about me. How do you do that? 🤔
