How to avoid the cravings without starving?
So I'll start this by saying I am a binge eater. I eat all day long in small portions but it's mostly garbage food. At night I usually eat a ton of stuff in one go. If I start to feel bad about myself I will skip meals and eat as little as possible but eventually break and eat a ton. I'm wondering how you all eat…

Please how can I be watching my calories and exercising daily and walking a ton of steps AND SOME HOW IVE GAINED WEIGHT??? I'm discouraged af. Please explain this to me??

Hello, with my 30s approaching fast I've decide to begin my fitness journey! My goals are to get toned and strong but not buff. Losing weight wouldn't hurt either but not the main goal. Feel free to add me as I fall off exercise easily and have poor eating habits. I love food 😅 Wish me luck!
