Hello everyone, Looks like most people are starting back on the fitness track at some point this week.. WAY 2 GO! ..So I thought we could start by making Monday mornings our weigh in days. iPhone Apps
Been looking into fitness apps and their overall ratings. Found some Free ones!! That look helpful: RunKeeper -tracks your pace and distance through GPS, can't tell if it automatically calculates calories, but with your correct pace and distance you should be able to get a better idea of how many calories you are buring…

Food Diary
Just FYI.. you can subtract from your diary by entering the - symbol before the # Example: (Not a good one, but you get the idea) Entry: 1 Taco Bell Taco Salad (Beef, Cheese, Sour cream, Tomatoes, Beans, Lettuce): 800 calories then do a food search for sour cream and enter it Entry: - 1 tbl. sour cream : -30 calories
