SW: 222 CW: Same, starting this 11/1/19 GDW: 172 I did this almost 10 years ago and lost 50 pounds in less than a year. It took me ten years to gain it back. So, I logged back in and here I am. I know I can do it again, and just need to work harder at maintaining once I'm at my GW.

I moved my snack bars from my desk drawer to the break room. That way I had to take a few more steps each day. Also, I switched to a smaller water cup, so I have to get up and refill it every hour. (The water machine is on the opposite side of my building.) I agree - parking farther away and using the farthest away…
